Shipping & Returns

   Shipping:

     Shipping:  We ship the same day or within one business day.  Monday - Friday.

 We will do our best to keep you informed via the homepage when we are not shipping. (gone to Joe Nall Expo).   If there is a delay where we cannot send your order (out of stock) out we will contact you via email or phone.

     Because we are not linked to a post office you will receive a separate email with attached receipt after I have shipped your order and that email will have your customs or tracking number and insurance number if you choose the insurance option.

      Our shipping price includes:

• Shipping
• Handeling
• Packing materials
• Boxes  
• Gas and Labor to get to the post office

     International:  There will be two options for international shipping.  You will be promted to choose one or the other.  If you are ordering in RC Airplane select RC Airplane.  If you are getting anything else please select Components Only.  If you select components only and are getting an RC plane shipped to you, we will send you a bill via paypal and will not ship until payment is made in full.

     Shipping Batteries and  Glue:  Do to HAZMAT safety regulations, LiPo batteries are not permitted to be shipped outside of the (International).  If you order a LiPo battery, you will be refunded the amount of the LiPo.  

(Domestic) In the USA as of May 2012 the post office has placed a limit on how many LiPo's can be shipped in one box.  The limit is 3, 3S  batteries; or 2 4s and up batteries.  If you order above the new post office ruling you will receive a separate invoice in the mail to cover the cost of shipping an additional box.  If the mAh is under 750mAh you can order as many as you want providing it is 3S or under.  Sorry for this inconvenience. 

HAZMAT will not allow Foam Tac Glue to ship by air which means NO international sales.  

For orders in the USA, Foam Tac Glue and Bateries must be shipped ground parcel post which will take a couple of days longer in transet.  Sorry for this inconvenience.

     Returns:

All refunds and exchanges must be submitted to airhobby@live.com and must send a copy of the receipt emailed to you with the tracking number.  (These receipts start with AH.)  Products returned can only be returned if unmarked or unused.  This does include the packaging. (if the packing needs to be replaced you will be charged an additional fee)

Any damaged item you recieved via mail without shipping insurance will not be refunded.  

Products can be returned Up to 60 days from the date on the "email attchment"  There is a restocking fee for returned items.

      In order an exchange / refund, all items shipped to Air Hobby must be recieved in a "brand new condition" for reselling (the same  as it came to you).  Customer will assume all shipping charges for the returned item.  All Airplanes and any item shipped back over $100 must be insured.

Items Exchanged up to 60 days:

• 60 days 10% restocking fee

Items Refunded up to 60 days:

• 45 days 15% restocking fee
• 60 days 20%

All items picked up at an RC Show/ Expo are non returnable.
