Shipping & Returns

     Shipping:

Most orders ship the day of or the next business day.  We will do our best to keep you informed via the homepage when we are not shipping. (gone to E-fest Expo).   If there is a delay where we can not send your order (out of stock) out we will contact you via email or phone.

     We use flat rate shipping starting at $6.50 domestic and $21 international.  Please note it will cost more to ship airplanes.  Because we are not linked to a post office you will receive a separate email with attached receipt after I have shipped your order and that email will have your customs or tracking number and insurance number if you choose the insurance option.

     Our shipping price includes:

• Shipping
• Handeling
• Packing materials
• Boxes

     Returns:

All refunds and exchanges must be submitted to airhobby@live.com and must send a copy of the receipt emailed to you with the tracking number.  (These receipts start with AH.)  Products returned can only be returned if unmarked or unused.  This does include the packaging. (if the packing needs to be replaced you will be charged an additional fee)

Any damaged item you recieved via mail when you don't pay for shipping insurance will not be refunded.

Products can be returned Up to 60 days from the date on the "email attchment"  There is a restocking fee for returned items.

Items Exchanged up to 60 days:

• 60 days 10% restocking fee

Items Refunded up to 60 days:

• 45 days 15% restocking fee
• 60 days 20%
